This site sets no cookies, neither first-party nor third-party. No pixel, no advertising tracker, no spying share button. That is also why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
All resources (fonts included) are served from our own servers: your visit generates no request to Google, Meta or anyone else.
If audience measurement is ever added, it will be self-hosted, with no cookie, anonymised and compliant with the CNIL consent exemption. This page will be updated before it is activated.
When you contact contact@scarletwolf.ai, we receive your address and your message. They are used only to reply to you and to follow up on the exchange. Legal basis: legitimate interest (replying to your request). Retention: 12 months after the last exchange, then deletion. Your details are not added to any mailing list and are never passed on to third parties.
Like any web server, ours keeps logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and diagnostic purposes. They are kept for a maximum of 12 months and are not used for any profiling.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. An email to contact@scarletwolf.ai is enough; a reply within 30 days at most. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
