Everything runs on your own infrastructure
Gungnir installs on your server. Conversations, memory, documents: nothing passes through Scarlet Wolf, which technically has no access.
Persistent memory, knowledge base, Telegram and voice. Everything you expect from a modern assistant, without handing your data to anyone.
The question to ask before adopting an AI: where does my information go when I ask a question? With Gungnir, the answer is one word: nowhere.
Gungnir installs on your server. Conversations, memory, documents: nothing passes through Scarlet Wolf, which technically has no access.
Data export and erasure built in, no hidden subprocessor. Your DPO will thank you.
Public code, data on your own infrastructure. If Scarlet Wolf disappears tomorrow, your instance keeps running. That is sovereignty.
An assistant that starts from scratch at every conversation is not an assistant. Gungnir remembers, learns your context and works with your documents.
Persistent, across sessions. It remembers your projects, your preferences and your decisions, from one conversation to the next.
Your documents, locally. Connect your personal or company document base: it draws on its own what is relevant, without sending anything to the cloud.
The tone you want. From the technical colleague to the formal assistant, personalities are configured without touching the substance.
Wherever you are. Web interface, Telegram, and voice with the wake word "Hey Gungnir". One brain, several front doors.
Gungnir is not a model, it is your assistant. You connect to it the models of the moment, open or proprietary, with your own keys. When a better model comes out, you switch. When a provider disappoints, you leave.
We also measure what much smaller models can do with Gungnir's 231 tools, so that everyday work can one day run without sending anything outside. The protocol and the numbers are published: a local 2.9-billion-parameter model matches a cloud model ten times its size on our benchmark, and we publish the experiments that fail too.
One instance, several accounts: each with their own conversations and memory, roles for administration, and a shared knowledge base for what belongs to the company.
A Linux server and Docker are all you need. Comfortable with that? One command and Gungnir runs on your own machine, with images pulled from our sovereign registry, in Europe, with no account and no token. Not comfortable? We handle it for you.
curl -fsSL https://git.scarletwolf.cloud/kevin/Gungnir/raw/branch/main/install.sh | bash
The script checks Docker, generates your secrets, pulls the images
and starts the services. Then head to localhost:8000: the first account
you create becomes the administrator.
wget https://git.scarletwolf.cloud/kevin/Gungnir/raw/branch/main/install.sh
bash install.sh
