Applied artificial intelligence
Design and deployment of private AI assistants for real use cases, installed on the client's own infrastructure.
My name is Kevin. I design, build and maintain the Scarlet Wolf ecosystem (Gungnir, Morrigan, Vor) on my own. Here is who I am, what I can do, and why you can verify it.
In short: Kevin G. is the founder of Scarlet Wolf, a sovereign-AI studio based in Ballyshannon, Ireland. He designs, builds and maintains the ecosystem (Gungnir, Morrigan, Vor) on his own, around one simple principle: your AI runs on your own infrastructure, under your control, with public code to back it up.
A graphic designer by training and an engraver (linocut inspired by Norse and Celtic mythologies), I came to software out of necessity first, then for the craft of it. Vibecoding (building by talking to an AI rather than writing every line by hand) gave me the means to ship complete software, alone.
The name Scarlet Wolf comes from the workshop: the same craftsman's standard, applied to the digital world. It's that rigour, not a trend, that led me to sovereign AI: tools whose data never leaves their owner's infrastructure.
No product committee, no investor to serve, no roadmap dictated by a growth plan. When you report a problem to me, it's the person who wrote the code who answers you, and the fix often ships the same day. The coherence of the whole (one direction, one standard) comes precisely from that.
I'm not asking you to take my word for it:
The full protocol, the four questions to ask any vendor and the detail of what failed are on the Evidence page.
Each area is backed by a verifiable result, not a CV line.
Design and deployment of private AI assistants for real use cases, installed on the client's own infrastructure.
Integration and arbitration of open-source or proprietary models depending on data and sovereignty constraints.
Automation chains that combine LLMs and business tools to remove repetitive work without depending on a large vendor.
AI-assisted development: advanced prompting and code generation, validated by real execution at every step.
Everything below is public and checkable without asking me anything.
That's the right question to ask any vendor, and here is my structural answer: you don't depend on me. The code is public, your instance and your data are on your own machine. If Scarlet Wolf stops, your assistant keeps running. No large platform gives you that guarantee; a sovereign product gives it to you by design.
No sales rep, no qualification chatbot. One email, and I'm the one who answers.
